For trainers and instructors

Lesson booking and training software for horse trainers

Fill your lesson book, never miss a lesson charge, and show owners the work you put in. Riders book from your own page, and Pro sends the reminders for you.

What you get

Everything a lesson and training business runs on

Built for trainers who teach out of their own place, haul in, or work at a boarding barn.

Fill your lesson book online

Riders pick an open time on your booking page, or tap Book a lesson on your Board and Stable profile, and you confirm with one tap.

Regulars keep their spot

Set up a rider's weekly lesson once and it lands on your calendar every week, with no back and forth.

Riders always know when to show up

Riders get a reminder the evening before by email, or by text when they opt in, and a notice when a lesson moves or is canceled.

Never lose a lesson charge

Every completed lesson is priced and ready to bill, and one tap puts it on the rider's invoice or marks it No charge.

Your trainers run their day from their phone

Each trainer gets the staff app with today's lessons and sessions, and with Bill their own lessons turned on, they price each lesson as they finish it.

Teach riders who don't own a horse

Riders without a horse book a lesson on one of yours, and Pro pairs them with a free lesson horse when you confirm.

Owners see the work you put in

Plan each horse's week, log every session, and the owner gets a write-up by email and in the My Horse app.

Put your sale horses in front of buyers

List a sale or lease horse in Pro and it shows on your public Board and Stable page, where buyers can ask about it.

How lesson booking works

  1. 1

Turn on booking for a lesson

Set the price, the length, and the hours riders can book. Add your lesson horses if you have them.

  2. 2

    Share your booking page

Riders see your open times and send a request. Put the link on your website, in a text, or on social media.

  3. 3

    Confirm with one tap

The time is held for you while you decide. The rider gets an email when you confirm, and a reminder the evening before.

  4. 4

    Teach, then get paid

Every lesson you teach is priced and ready to bill, and one confirm puts it on the rider's invoice.

Training at a boarding barn

If you train at a boarding facility that runs Pro, you log sessions, build plans, and update owners inside the same system the barn manager uses. No separate app, no duplicate data entry, no texting photos of ride notes.

Pricing

$5 per horse per month. Never more than $200.

Free for your first 45 days, and we'll set up your whole barn for you at no charge. You're charged for horses you log care for, invoice for board or care, or keep records on that month, and for lessons on your schedule.

Lessons on your Pro schedule are $1 each, at most $5 per horse a month, and count toward the $200. Lessons on a horse you already pay for that month are included.

Invoice lines that aren't board, care or lessons, like hauling, tack or clinic fees, and event entries collected through Pro carry 0.5%.

Card and bank payments carry Stripe's standard processing fees.

Your Board and Stable listing is free to claim and update.

Through Oct. 31, 2026, a 2% platform fee also applies to online payments. It ends Nov. 1.
