What it costs
Pricing
$5 a month for each horse you care for and each client you train. Never more than $200.*
Free for your first 45 days, and we'll set up your whole barn for you at no charge.
Adding horses and owners to your roster costs nothing. After your 45 days, you pay only for what you do with them: $5 for each horse in a month when you log its care, finish a task for it, or handle its documents, and $5 for each client you train in a month you log a session, never more than $200. Scheduling, invoicing and messaging your boarders cost nothing, so a barn that only sends invoices pays nothing monthly.
A small fee applies to online payments, with exceptions. Terms apply.
Card and bank payments carry Stripe's standard processing fees.
Your Board and Stable listing is free to claim and update.
* Prices don't include sales tax. Where we're required to collect it, we add it to your bill.
Getting paid
- •Stripe's card and bank processing costs are Stripe's, not ours.
- •The card-fee setting lets you pass the credit card cost to the boarder. It is Stripe's standard cost on that payment, never more than 3% and less where your state sets a lower limit, and the boarder sees it before paying. Debit cards and bank payments never carry a fee for the boarder, and bank payments are usually the cheapest way to be paid.
- •A boarder who turns on autopay agrees to wording that says whether a credit card fee may be added to the charge. A debit card or bank account never gets one. Autopay has no Board and Stable fee of its own.
